At Susan Alexandra, we want you to cherish your handmade pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original colorful packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
